Refund policy

At Jango, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Personalized or perishable products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at mahaveerjaggery@gmail.com or 99014 99902.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.
